Port of Kennewick announces a November 15 auction of its surplus property at Southridge in Kennewick.
The available land is located near the intersection of Interstate 82 and Highway 395; the new Bob Olson Parkway; and adjacent to Trios Hospital and the Southridge Sports complex. The parcels are zoned Community Commercial and range in size from 1.34 acres to 2.69 acres, totaling 8.5 acres.
Musser Bros. will conduct the live auction starting at 11 a.m. on November 15, 2019, at its Auction Facility at 3125 Rickenbacker Drive in Pasco.
