Extreme Heat Prompts Cancellation of Columbia Gardens Phase 2 Celebration

Tri-Cities, Wash. – EVENT POSTPONED – Due to the extreme heat conditions (111 degrees forecast), the July 28, 2 p.m. event to celebrate the completion of Columbia Gardens Wine & Artisan Village phase two has been canceled.

“We’re taking this precaution because these high temperatures can negatively impact the health of those attending, organizing or serving the event,” said Tim Arntzen, port CEO. “I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding. We will look at rescheduling at a later date.”

Check the Columbia Gardens wineries and food truck businesses’ social media pages next week for information about their planned days and hours of operation.
