Culture Shock Bistro is open for brunch and dinner Thursdays through Sundays at Columbia Gardens Wine & Artisan Village.
The food truck features Mediterranean-style cuisine, blended with Northwest regional flare, for Columbia Gardens walk-up customers and will serve Monarcha Winery tasting room guests.
The menu includes charcuterie boards, chilaquiles, flatbreads, gyros, mussels, meatballs, Turkish coffee, desserts and more.
Victor Palencia, owner of Monarcha Winery, and Nena Cosic, owner of European Desserts by Nena, partnered to start the new venture.
