Port of Kennewick Offices Temporarily Closed

PUBLIC NOTICE:

Out of an abundance of caution, we are temporarily closing our office, and have asked our employees to work from home during the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation.

We’re taking these actions to safeguard our community’s health and well-being. We offer the following alternatives to in-person business or meetings while our offices are closed:

  • Pay your bill by mail:
350 Clover Island Drive, Suite 200, Kennewick, WA 99336
  • Use the payment drop box:
You may use the port’s payment drop box. Located on Clover Island, that payment box is a part of the port’s office building at 350 Clover Island Drive. The box is found on the southwest (marina) side of the port’s office building, just west of the entrance to Ice Harbor Brewing at the Marina.
  • Make automatic payments:
You can work with your bank to make automatic payments directly to the port.
  • Marina slips:
Port staff will manage and process marina-related paperwork (leases, transfers, billing, insurance, haul-outs, etc.) via email or postal mail.
  • Invoicing/billing questions/meetings:
Please call for assistance at 509-586-1186. Often, staff can email, file-transfer documents, arrange conference calls or online “GoToMeetings,” or find an easy alternative to an in-person visit.

In addition, restrooms at the boat launch and marina have been closed in compliance with a state mandate to close recreational facilities to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Rest assured, we sincerely care about our tenants, consultants, contractors, employees and public. We appreciate your patience, understanding and assistance as we work together to ensure everyone’s well-being during this rapidly evolving situation. We will be following guidance from the CDC and Benton/Franklin County Health District, and will resume normal operation as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Tim Arntzen
