Future Columbia Drive Revitalization
Cable Greens is a 3-acre site in the Columbia Drive Urban Revitalization Area adjacent to Columbia Gardens Urban Wine & Artisan Village.
The Port is planning infrastructure enhancements within the next several years to open Cable Greens to private-sector investment. When complete, shovel-ready parcels will be available for sale or ground lease for private-sector commercial development, which could include residential, restaurants, specialty food shops or retail businesses.
Cable Greens is part of Kennewick’s Historic Waterfront District. Read the Master Plan in the plans tab below and visit the Historic Waterfront District planning webpage to see the community input received during the 2020/2021 planning process.
