Driving Directions Head south on SR397 (Chemical Drive). Turn left onto East 3rd Avenue. Cross the railroad track and turn right on Oak Street. The port property starts on the right with two buildings. (Development Building 1 and 2.) NOTE: Once you get around the curve in the road the port's property is on both sides.
